Aspire People are seeking a confident Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant to support within a busy Key Stage 1 classroom, with a strong focus on phonics, early reading, and classroom support.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering interventions and supporting pupils at different learning levels.
The Role- Supporting teaching and learning across a KS1 classroom
- Delivering small group phonics and reading interventions
- Supporting pupils working below age-related expectations
- Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs
- Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
- Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience within KS1 and good understanding of phonics schemes
- Confident delivering small group interventions
- Strong communication and organisational skills
