Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and have more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.

The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting with classroom learning across the primary curriculum
Supporting Maths, English, phonics and reading activities
Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Working closely with class teachers and wider support staff
Providing additional support to pupils who require it

The Requirements:
Recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
More than 6 months' UK-based experience working within a school
Experience supporting children in a primary setting
Good understanding of classroom expectations and routines
Patient, reliable and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
