Are you an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role within a primary school?

Aspire People are working with schools looking for reliable and enthusiastic TAs who can provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils make progress.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have recently worked within a UK primary school and understand how to support pupils across the National Curriculum.

The Role May Include:
Supporting whole-class learning
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Delivering reading, phonics, Maths, and English interventions
Supporting pupils with SEND where required
Helping teachers prepare resources and learning activities
Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Encouraging pupil confidence and independence

We're Looking For:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Recent UK primary school experience
Strong understanding of classroom routines and the National Curriculum
Previous intervention experience
Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
