Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Support pupils with SEND where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
- Contribute to pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
- Relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with children within an educational setting.
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
