Job Description
We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) advertises a 15 month Customer Services Apprenticeship with Telford & Wrekin Council. You will learn through a Level 2 Apprenticeship while delivering high quality customer service across phone and in person interactions.
The placement is 37 hours per week, with training, supervision from the Customer Contact Centre Team Leader, and ongoing support. Eligibility includes resident in England, aged 16+, and commitment to maths and English.
