Level of Experience: Trainee LEV / Validation Engineer through to LEV / Validation Engineer

Profile

Our client is a leading name within the environmental industry, who have an excellent reputation for delivering the full range of LEV / Validation duties to a mixed range of clients across the UK. Due to an increase in workloads they are now looking to take on a hard working and P601 qualified LEV / Validation Engineer the ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking testing, installation and Maintenance on LEV systems.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Must hold the P601 qualification.
  • Must have hands on experience undertaking the testing, installation, and maintenance of LEV systems.
  • Experience working on clean room validation would be beneficial to the role.
  • Must have a proven track record of validating and verifying ventilation systems in accordance with HTM 03-01 Regulations.
  • Must be well versed in all relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role
  • The work will involve undertaking local exhaust ventilation (LEV) testing, validations, and maintenance on a varied site base.
  • Undertaking emissions testing, reviewing, and approving assessments.
  • Undertaking fume cupboard experience.
  • Carrying out airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows.
  • Carrying out clean room validations.
  • Carrying DOP and HEPA testing.
  • Providing a consultancy service to clients, advising on technical reports and further services.
  • Visiting sites designated by the client and dealing with issues effectively.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
  • Building and maintaining a professional working rapport with clients.
