Role: Lettings Property Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 Per Annum DOE

Location: Huddersfield

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday plus occasional Saturday's

The role:

Our client are specialists in the sale, letting and management of residential and property across West Yorkshire. They have a wealth of experience which enables us to provide expert advice to their clients. Duties within the role:

  • Progressing lettings from enquiry stage through to completion you will be required to conduct viewings.
  • You will be responsible for all property maintenance (dealing with repairs/maintenance, renewal of safety certificates/licences, routine property inspections, tenant checkouts
  • General business administration)
  • Being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Lettings accounts

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager role
  • Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence
  • English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Well presented
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
