Lettings negotiator

The role

We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator for our Chelsea, London office. As part of the lettings team, you will work towards achieving monthly and annual personal targets through collaboration with team members. Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal targets
• Register applicants and record their key requirements from calls and meetings
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Issue offer confirmation letters detailing agreed terms
• Participate in market appraisals and update property details
• Collaborate with the Lettings Manager to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Demonstrate local property market knowledge and interest
• Assist the Lettings Manager with client presentations

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Lettings Negotiator experience
• Sales skills and confident presentation abilities
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Computer literacy and attention to detail
• Motivation to meet targets and advance career
