Lettings Negotiator - Hybrid, Edinburgh

Umega Lettings is seeking a Letting Negotiator to join our Edinburgh lettings team. You will own the rental process from valuations and onboarding through to marketing, negotiations and securing tenants, with hybrid working after training.

You will collaborate with landlords and applicants, coordinate viewings, manage marketing, match applicants to properties, and help deliver exceptional customer service across the lettings journey. A proactive, organised approach is essential.
