Lettings Consultant

As a Lettings Consultant, what's in it for you?

• £26,000 - £29,000 salary, dependent on experience
• Monday - Friday only

Your Role as a Lettings Consultant:

• Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
• Book viewings and property inspections
• Coordinate move ins and organise tenant referencing
• Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenants
• Schedule compliance certificates and repair access with Landlords and tenants
• Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms

What we're looking for from a Lettings Consultant:

• Minimum of 12 months industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Goodlord and Street is highly desirable
• Strong communication & people skills - build lasting relationships!
• A proactive, go-getter attitude - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT skills & attention to detail
• A well-presented and professional approach
• Punctuality & great organisational skills
• Valid driving licence and access to own car
