Job Title: Tenancy Co-Ordinator

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a supportive, high-performing team in a dual-focused tenancy role. You'll be involved in both tenancy renewals and coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure agreements
  • Draft and process tenancy renewal documents
  • Assist with the coordination of upcoming student tenancies
  • Complete Right to Rent checks and follow up on documentation
  • Draft tenancy agreements and ensure compliance
  • Set up and renew Rent & Legal Protection policies
  • Maintain accurate compliance and policy records
  • Support the deposit return process for Rent Collection and Let Only landlords
  • Communicate with landlords regarding deductions and return instructions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lettings or property is ideal, but not essential - full training is provided
  • Good understanding of tenancy processes and Right to Rent checks is beneficial
  • Experience with Rent & Legal Protection policies is a bonus
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with negotiation and problem-solving
  • Approachable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team

Package and Benefits:

  • Basic salary £28,000
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with length of service)
