Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 - (OTE £35,000+)

Location - Welwyn Garden City

Working Hours - Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm

Full UK Driver's License Required - Pool Car Available

Our client, based in the lovely area of Welwyn Garden City, specialises in sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their motivated team and support the continued growth of the branch.

Established in 2007, the company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive and customer-focused approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

They will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, and motivated to achieve lettings targets while delivering excellent customer service. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Duties

• Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants
• Arranging and conducting professional property viewings
• Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants
• Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
• Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support continued growth
• Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the portfolio
