Legionella Risk Assessor (Two positions available)

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large-scale portfolios for key organisations to smaller companies and individuals with single assets.

Role Overview

With a supportive team around you, your role will include working closely with senior members of the department, supporting the team in carrying out property inspections, completing high-calibre valuation reports within clients' timescales, and combining experience and local knowledge to deliver a first-class service. You will also help the team achieve wider goals and targets. This role offers excellent exposure for a recently qualified surveyor or a Graduate Surveyor nearing completion of the APC.

Requirements

• MRICS; - or near completion of the APC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and presentable.
• Ambition with a desire to learn and develop a successful career within a changing economic environment.
• Commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of valuation software packages (desirable).

Offer

In return, my client offers a highly negotiable salary of up to c£40,000 DOE plus car allowance, along with a clear path for career progression.
