Legal Support (Student Position)
Findest is seeking a practical and detail-oriented Legal Support (Student) to join our Amsterdam-based team in a hybrid role. This role is ideal for a law student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, working 4-8 hours per week.
As our Legal Support, you will focus on executing legal tasks and supporting the team with key documentation. You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and updating contracts such as NDAs, employee agreements, and supplier contracts
- Checking and managing legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Assisting in the creation and organization of legal documentation and templates
- Running special legal projects (e.g., helping with data privacy guidelines, preparing policy documents, etc.)
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners on legal topics
- Staying updated on relevant legal changes affecting the business
This is an execution-driven role for someone who enjoys actively handling legal documents and getting things done to keep Findest's operations running smoothly.
- Fluent in English and ability to read Dutch
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law (or a closely related field)
- Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Experience reviewing contracts or working with legal documents is a plus
