Job Description
Legal Specialist - Multinational - Cork - €66k - 11 month contract
Main responsibilities- Assisting with the maintenance and, as needed, formation and dissolution of Irish and foreign subsidiaries.
- Supporting business and legal functions across EMEA on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Liaising with other members of the International Corporate Law team.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline corporate legal workflows.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similiar role.
- Experience with entity management databases and document management systems.
- Experience in international Corporate Law matters.
- Relevant qualification.
