To be considered you will have proven experience operating at Senior HR Advisor level within a professional services environment. A strong working knowledge of Employment Law, combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused HR support, is essential. You will demonstrate a meticulous approach, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage complex matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert guidance on Employment Law and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Managing a range of employee relations cases and advising stakeholders accordingly.
- Supporting the HR Manager with both operational and strategic HR initiatives.
- Overseeing the onboarding process and full trainee lifecycle management.
