Our Public, Regulatory & Investigations team is seeking a legal secretary to support a number of fee earners. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to gain experience working as part of a busy, high performing and fast paced team.

Candidate requirements- 1+ years prior experience supporting a team of solicitors in a busy environment in a legal secretary role or similar;
- Experience using iManage or another case management system;
- Experience using a billing platform (Elite 3E or other);
- Diary management and planning;
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment;
- Strong technical skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- File management - importing guidelines, accessing documents, sending demand letters, and making sure files remain updated;
- Document production - drafting affidavits and correspondence as required;
- Client billing - coordinating the team's monthly billing process, ensuring invoices making sure invoices are issued on time and accurately;
- Diary management - making sure schedules are organized correctly and there are no conflicts with diaries;
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including arranging specialist appointments and gathering required materials;
- Providing legal administrative support to the team;
- Other duties as assigned.
