Job Description
Legal PA 50K Dublin City Centre Hybrid

My client who is based in Stephens Green is currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant (PA). The role will consists of Legal PA duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 5+ years experience.

My client is offering Hybrid Working & Great Benefits:

The role

The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure. The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.

About you
  • In line with our competency framework, the successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience working in in a secretarial or PA function within the legal sector is desirable. Experience of working across practice areas within the legal sector such as, commercial, litigation, corporate, employment etc.
  • A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, approachability, flexibility as to hours and the role itself, a practical/common sense approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority in a matrix structure.
  • Excellent phone manner - internally and externally coupled with an ability to communicate clearly and to listen effectively.
  • First-class administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy together with problem solving skills.
  • A commitment to self-development and continuous self-learning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations and work well under pressure
