The Role
  • Provide high level PA and administrative support to senior fee earners

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Assist with billing, time management, and general office administration

  • Liaise with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Maintain efficient case files and document management systems

The Person
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary/PA in a busy law firm

  • Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to handle a busy workload

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
