Your Role:

• Acting as the front-line representative and main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Coordinating the corporate management for the client companies and meticulously monitoring transactions to ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborating closely with clients, notaries, law firms, and tax experts to facilitate corporate transactions for client companies.
• Evaluating and scrutinizing legal documentation and advice from external parties to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Managing and updating client portfolios to meet the stringent regulations set by the Dutch Central Bank and related legislation.
