Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on topics such as estate planning, family and corporate law, litigation, FEMA, and tax-related queries

• Assist in litigation research, including precedents, statutory analysis, legal commentary, and drafting arguments, memos, and briefs

• Support with case compilation, filing, and courtroom preparation

• Stay updated with the latest legal developments, case laws, amendments, and legal news
