Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including MSAs, SAs, NDAs, SOWs, SaaS Agreements, and other commercial contracts.

  • Support ongoing and prospective litigation efforts in coordination with panel advocates.

  • Prepare and respond to legal notices on behalf of the company.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies to address compliance matters and inquiries.

  • Advise internal departments (Sales, Product, Lending) on legal risks and support conflict resolution using legal best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Exposure to corporate legal functions, especially in contract drafting and management.

  • Familiarity with litigation procedures, particularly in local and High Courts of Odisha.

  • Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptable and legally sound in corporate and court-related matters.
