Internship Overview

Prozone Realty is seeking a Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. This role offers hands-on experience in contract management, legal advisory, and compliance operations within the dynamic real estate and retail development sector. If you're looking to apply your legal knowledge in a corporate setting, this is a great opportunity to build practical skills and gain exposure to high-value legal work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including:

    • Vendor agreements

    • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

    • Service-level agreements (SLAs)

    • Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)

  • Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with internal policies

  • Track and interpret relevant laws and regulatory updates

  • Assist various departments in meeting legal obligations and understanding risk

  • Offer day-to-day legal guidance on business operations and strategies

  • Identify potential legal risks and propose risk-mitigation solutions

  • Draft and maintain company policies, compliance checklists, and internal guidelines

  • Review internal and external communications, including marketing materials, to flag legal concerns
