The Residential Development Team at Birketts is expanding. The team includes 5 partners and 40 other fee earners across six offices specialising in the acquisition, sale and development of land for national and SME residential developers and registered providers. The team works closely with tax, planning, environmental, construction and real estate litigation experts.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring high quality legal services and contributing to the firm's strategic direction.
- Ensuring client needs are met with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships and contributing to the strategic direction and success of the firm.
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participating in networking events, conferences and other business development activities to promote the firm's services.
- Minimum of 8 years PQE in a professional legal environment.
- Proven track record of advising high net worth clients.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Business development acumen with experience in growing a client base and identifying new business opportunities.
