Key Responsibilities- Manage a full range of Residential Conveyancing cases from high-end properties to 1sttime purchases
- Manage, guide and mentor an established and successful team of Conveyancers
- Lead on strategy ensuring best in class technical compliance and adherence to SRA guidelines
- Lead the transformation of the peer review and quality assurance systems
- Champion knowledge sharing, coaching and continuous professional development across the business
Play a leading role 0n various in-house projects
What We Are Looking For?The successful candidate will have
- Solicitor with extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Experienceacross a full mix of residential cases
- Previous experience working with other senior colleagues and a desire to help impact the strategy of the firm.
- Experienced team managerwith the ability to continue to up-skill other conveyancers.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
