Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leadership on legal matters and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents including commercial, vendor, and employment agreements

  • Proactively assess risks associated with business operations and decisions

  • Maintain accurate legal documentation and records

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate external litigation support

  • Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, patents)

  • Stay informed on changes in applicable laws and contribute to internal knowledge-building

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and law enforcement when necessary

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of legal experience in a corporate environment

  • LLB, integrated LLB, or LLM preferred

  • Solid understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks

  • Experience handling copyright infringement, online piracy, and digital fraud

  • Skilled in arbitration and mediation, with exposure to working with law enforcement agencies

  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

  • Confident in presenting and representing the organization in formal and informal legal settings
