Description

You will:

• Support the Legal Director (Employment) in handling of large employment tribunal caseloads.
• Provide expert legal advice on employment law and related matters to internal stakeholders.
• Engage with the wider Legal Team remotely providing input and collaboration on projects from an Employment Law perspective.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a Lawyer, qualified in the UK, with a strong track record in employment law, especially managing a busy and varied caseload of employment litigation.

The level of work on offer would suit a candidate with circa 4-9 years PQE.

You will have the ability to work with limited supervision.

There is an emphasis placed on development of the use of generative AI to drive efficiencies in day-to-day work.

Job Offer
