You'll be supporting the Legal Director (Employment) in handling of large employment tribunal caseloads. Ideally with in-house experience but we can consider a move from private practice. This role would suit 5 years PQE. It's a great role with room to grow and develop. Job title: Legal Counsel Employment Job Description: What we're looking for (Essential Skills & Experience) Qualified UK lawyer with a strong track record in employment law, especially managing a busy and varied caseload of employment litigation. This would suit 5 years PQE. Sound legal, commercial, business and negotiating acumen, with strong technical legal skills. Keen to develop the use of generative AI to drive efficiencies in day to day work. Ability to work with limited supervision. What you will also need (Soft Skills & Behaviours) Excellent written and oral communication skills, with clear, articulate drafting and strong attention to detail. Highly responsive, proactive and solution oriented approach to resolving issues pragmatically and quickly.
