Legal Counsel (1 year contract)
An international organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its European legal team in Zug for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to a variety of legal and regulatory matters across a complex multinational business.

The role
You will provide practical legal advice across areas including:
European regulatory and compliance matters
Commercial contracts and negotiations
Employment law
Responsible sourcing and supply-chain topics
Corporate affairs and reputational matters
Sustainability, HSEC and human rights
You will work closely with legal colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders across Europe.
Your profile
Swiss Qualified lawyer / bar admission
3-5 years of post-qualification experience, gained in-house and/or in private practice
Broad legal experience across commercial, regulatory, employment or sustainability-related matters
Fluent English plus German or French
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, energy or similarly regulated environment is an advantage
Pragmatic, collaborative and comfortable managing a varied workload
