Viterra B.V is looking for a lawyer to join the Legal Department in Rotterdam.
In this position, you will advise different departments on contract terms, handle disputes arising under various agreements, including commodity sale and purchase contracts. If this opportunity interests you, we look forward to your application!
Your role in our network- Handle commercial claims (defending or claiming) arising under our commercial agreements;
- Manage legal cases (arbitration, litigation);
- Provide legal advice on contract terms (commodities sale and purchase, warehousing, transhipment, etc.);
- Organise training for colleagues on relevant legal topics.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm;
- Masters degree in Commercial Law; good knowledge of English Law;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are highly desirable;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Team player with problem-solving abilities;
- Preferably, knowledge of the commodities industry.
