  • Collaborative working with cross functional teams to assess and mitigate legal, commercial, and reputational risks, working closely with contract managers in the team and other operational stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of training, templates, tools and practices across the UK.
  • Provide pragmatic, business focused legal advice to stakeholders. Advice will include, for example, matters of regulation, construction, intellectual property, data protection, corporate law, M&A, procurement, real estate, litigation and employment.
  • Ensure compliance with UK laws and regulations across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters. Working closely with our compliance team to uphold our expectations of ethical conduct.
What You'll Bring
  • UK qualified lawyer with a Law degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years PQE from a highly ranked law firm or in house legal team.
  • Strong knowledge of English law and practice, especially in sourcing and procurement.
  • Sound risk management and commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with UK corporate governance and documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a drive to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
