Are you a skilled construction or projects lawyer with experience in marine infrastructure and energy developments?

A leading international contractor delivering complex projects across the marine, civil infrastructure, and energy sectors. With a strong European presence and global operations, they specialise in large-scale, technically challenging developments spanning offshore energy, coastal protection, and infrastructure renewal.
The Opportunity:

- Working within the legal & contract management team, you will be involved in early-stage tenders to supporting active project execution.
- You'll act as a trusted advisor to both commercial and operational colleagues, helping to identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Draft and negotiate a range of project-related agreements including joint ventures, subcontracting arrangements, and consortium agreements.
- Support contract standardisation and compliance initiatives in line with internal governance.
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering training on legal and contractual matters to wider business units.
The Person:

- 5+ years' legal experience gained either in private practice or in-house, ideally with exposure to large-scale contracting environments.
- Familiarity with standard Dutch public works contracts (e.g., UAV 2012, UAV-GC 2005). Experience with DBFM and/or FIDIC is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident engaging across legal, technical, and commercial functions.
