Legal Counsel () - Join the team to stay legally compliant.

Responsibilities

• Commercial contracting, dispute resolution and corporate projects such as acquisitions.
• Daily work on consumer rights, privacy, and commercial contracts.
• Provide actionable legal advice to colleagues.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and identify legal risks.
• Represent Coolblue in court, with or without counsel.
• Ensure contracts and documents remain up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Completed university law degree with at least 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or attorney.
• Experience in commercial contracting and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Adaptable and solution oriented, especially on complex legal matters.
• Bonus: experience with privacy matters.
• Proficiency in Dutch; English also required.
• Preferred work week: 40 hours; 32 hours negotiable.
