Legal Counsel - Ethics & Compliance

• Own the global Speak Up / Whistleblowing program, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead internal investigations on ethics, compliance, fraud, harassment, and regulatory matters.
• Provide practical ethics & compliance guidance across global teams, supporting policies, controls, and training initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders and collaborate across regions to maintain a consistent, high-standard compliance framework.

• Law degree & qualification in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in compliance, investigations, or regulatory roles.
• Experience managing whistleblowing programs and internal investigations.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• Technology or highly regulated industry experience is a must.
