Legal Advisor

An opportunity to join a regulatory body as part of their in house legal team, providing high quality, timely, legal advice across all areas of the organisation.

As Legal Advisor, you will advise on regulatory, commercial, procurement, governance, public law, and information governance matters as well as supporting colleagues with delivering policy objectives. You will also support on litigation and manage external legal engagement where required.

To be considered for the role, you should be qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales with a current practising certificate with at least three years PQE. Experience of providing legal advice in house in a regulatory or public body setting, with experience of statutory interpretation and applying public law principles is essential for this role.

On offer is a salary between £52,000-£58,000 (dependent on experience) and hybrid working, with 1 2 days per week in the office (London). This role will benefit someone looking to work in an engaging and collaborative team with opportunities to take on project work.
