Job Description

Admin/ Secretary - Hybrid- 2 days working from home

Hrs 9-5

Key Responsibilities
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems, including scanning incoming post and saving emails
  • General copy typing, scanning, and filing of documents
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes and managing telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Drafting professional correspondence
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and formal requirements
  • Uploading and managing documents within document management systems
  • Acting as receptionist at in person meetings and hosting virtual meetings
