Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain and update client files, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Help with billing and invoicing processes
