Job Description

Up to £41,609 FTE, part time salary up to £24,965

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a 0.6 Lecturer in Science/Biology to teach on T Level Supporting Health Care and Adult Nursing, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and enabling all learners to reach their full potential.

This vacancy is a 0.6 contract, working 22.2 hours per week.

Suitable candidates will have a degree in Biology or a relevant field. A teaching qualification is advantageous, though candidates have the opportunity to obtain one while employed. Experience with T level would be an advantage, a proven track record of industry-related experience is desirable. In addition, applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organisation skills, with an 'excellence' mindset.

The college operates on 2 campuses - Warrington and Winsford.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check/Children's barred list check, and a Prohibition check for teaching staff.
