Inspire the next generation of Early Years professionals and help learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to make a difference in children's lives.

In this busy and exciting role you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of Early Years programmes, supporting students to achieve their full potential and progress successfully into employment or higher-level study. You will play a key role in shaping positive learning experiences, ensuring students remain motivated, challenged and supported throughout their journey.

Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking faculty, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and assessment of courses from Level 1 through to Level 4. You will utilise innovative teaching methods, provide meaningful feedback and embed English, maths and digital skills within learning to enhance student achievement.

You will also support curriculum development, quality assurance activities and employer engagement, helping to ensure programmes remain relevant, inspiring and responsive to industry needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Early Years programmes from Levels 1 to 4
• Assess learner work and provide constructive, timely feedback
• Set, monitor and review SMART targets to support student progress
• Deliver academic tutorials and personalised learner support
• Develop schemes of work, teaching resources and course materials
• Contribute to the design, review and development of curriculum programmes
• Undertake assessment, internal verification and quality assurance activities
• Support learners in securing and completing meaningful work experience placements
• Participate in student recruitment, open events and enrolment activities
• Embed English, maths and digital technologies into teaching and learning

What we're looking for:

You will be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Early Years professional with recent industry experience and a passion for developing the next generation of practitioners. You will have a strong understanding of current sector practices and be able to inspire learners through engaging and innovative teaching.

Ideally, you will hold a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification, an assessor award and a relevant qualification at Level 3 or above within Early Years. You will be confident supporting learners with diverse needs, embedding English and maths within delivery and using technology effectively to enhance learning.
