Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacology - (Tooting)

Scope of the Role

As a part time faculty member (0.3 WTE) you will contribute to the design and delivery of the drug development theme within the undergraduate program, provide industry insight, support students in securing placements, and advise university educators on clinical trials and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry insight into the design of the drug development theme across the program.
• Contribute expert teaching and support the program team.
• Assist students in identifying industry placements and facilitate placement arrangements where possible.
• Advise academic staff and researchers on aspects of clinical trials and drug development.

Qualifications

• Recent commercial experience in drug development and/or discovery.
• Up to date knowledge of the latest advances in clinical pharmacology.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Interest in gaining higher education experience to add to a career portfolio.
