Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Entails the delivery of high-quality teaching within classroom, practical and laboratory settings, assessment and administration for animal health focused modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
- Supports the development of students to reach their full potential and maximise the opportunities Hartpury offers through academic personal tutoring.
- Requires impactful engagement with research or equivalent scholarly activity to support excellence in teaching and learning and the student experience.
- Hold a postgraduate degree in animal health sciences or a related topic.
- Ideally, be near completion of a level 8 qualification or have equivalent professional standing in a relevant subject area.
- Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to complete a teaching development programme.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and team working skills, along with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Evidence of engagement with research and scholarly activity and a willingness to further develop and contribute to this area as a university academic.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.
