Leasehold & Homeownership Specialist

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Leasehold Officer in Islington, London. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasehold management, experience with Section 20 consultations, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with competitive rates.
