Learning Support Assistants - Full Time The Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers in KS2 to provide consistent, compassionate support across the school day. You'll help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with sensory integration, and communication needs
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
• Foster independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teachers, LSAs

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting children with autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference
