Learning Support Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Norfolk? We are seeking confident and adaptable TAs to support KS1 & 2 classes in a range of Primary Schools.

About the Role

• Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities
• Running small group interventions
• Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment
• Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks

About You

• Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to adapt to new settings and routines
• Strong communication and organisational skills
