Morgan Hunt are currently working with an FE college based in Merseyside who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 5 days a week. The ideal candidate must be Makaton Qualified and hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification. This role is essential in providing support to students, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist students with their learning needs and provide support in the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Provide pastoral support to students as required.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Makaton Qualified.
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
- Experience in providing support for students with varying needs.
