Learning Support Assistant 
Birmingham
£92.56 - £105 per day (salary depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and RoleJames Brindley Academy is a well established multi site specialist provision supporting pupils with medical, mental health and additional needs. With centres across Birmingham, the academy offers small class sizes, strong pastoral care and a focus on re engaging learners. The role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to promote engagement, emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
Requirements- Experience working with children or young people with SEND/SEMH needs
- A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
