Learning Support Assistant - September 2026 Start

Full-time Monday-Friday Term-time only (8:30am-3:30pm)
Pay: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide in-class academic support to students with mild special educational needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their potential.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Adapting learning resources to meet individual needs
  • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support strategies
Hours & Commitment
  • Full-time, term-time only
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
