Milk Education is currently recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of our welcoming and supportive secondary schools in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people thrive in their education, especially those who may require additional support with learning, behaviour, or SEND needs.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience working in a UK secondary school (essential)
• Experience supporting students with additional or complex needs
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive, caring, and professional approach
