Learning Support Assistant - Cardiff (Contract, Weekly Pay)

Elementa is partnering with a welcoming Cardiff school to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on a contract basis. You will help pupils with learning, wellbeing, and safeguarding, working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom.

Candidates should have prior experience in schools, hold an Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) and EWC registration. Desirable qualifications include CACHE levels. The role offers weekly pay and training through Elementa.
