We are seeking a creative and dedicated Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Manager to lead the development and management of our Learning Resource Centre - a vibrant hub for reading, independent learning, and academic support. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the reading and academic culture in a school where pupil progress and achievement are at the heart of everything we do.

The LRC plays a vital role in this mission, promoting literacy, supporting independent learning, and providing a rich, inclusive environment to support pupils to Thrive.

These values are embedded in everything we do, and we are looking for a candidate who will reflect and reinforce them through the leadership of the Learning Resource Centre.

What you will do

• Lead the development and management of the Learning Resource Centre to promote literacy, support independent learning, and provide a rich, inclusive environment to help pupils Thrive.
• Champion the Park View Pillars and the school's culture of knowledge-building, inclusivity, ambition, and love of learning.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate reading and information literacy into the curriculum and raise pupil progress and achievement.
